We always endeavour to use the best ingredients possible to make our delicious biscuits, and the products are the result of a lot of hard work to achieve the right balance. We set very high standards for our biscuits, using quality ingredients and piping to perfection!
All of our biscuits contain:
- Plain Flour (Gluten)
- Caster Sugar
- Margarine (Buttermilk)
- Golden Syrup
- Whole Egg
- Ground Rice
- Baking Powder
Our signature lightly spiced biscuits also contain Ground Cinnamon and Ground Ginger.
Our luxurious chocolate biscuits contain Cocoa Powder.
The royal icing contains:
- Icing Sugar
- MeriWhite Meringue Powder
- Americolour Soft Gels
Fondant covered biscuits are available on request and we use Regalice’s White Fondant.
Dairy Free biscuits are available on request, and we are currently working on introducing a Gluten Free line.
